Welcome To Bayside STEAM Academy School Safety Patrol!

Bayside STEAM Academy School Safety Patrol 's purpose is to assist the school's students, parents, and friends cross uncontrolled intersections on their way to and from school and maximizing the community's safety at all times.

Bayside's 4th Grade Teacher Mr. Salazar is our Safe Patrol Faculty representative for the 2018-2019 school year 

School Safety Patrol duties include:

• Control pedestrian traffic: Instructing people to cross safely at crosswalk
• Control vehicle traffic: Directing traffic away from parking lot
• Watch and report possible traffic violations

School Safety Patrol duty shifts:

Before school:  AM duty – 7:45am to 8:05am

After school:  PM duty – 2:15pm to 2:35pm (non-minimum days)

Wednesday-Minimum day: 1:15pm to 1:35pm (minimum days)
